Admission Process - Study in Russia
Continental Educational Consultants (CEC) will select the applicant on the basis of terms and conditions, which are dictated by the Russian Universities and Govt. of India. Interested candidates may follow the steps set out below.
STEP 1:Once the student has satisfied himself / herself about all the merits and demerits of studying in Russia, the student should submit / e-mail (cec@studyinrussia.co.in) his/her documents along with application fee of Rs.5000/- (Five Thousand) either through a Demand Draft favouring CONTINENTAL EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANTS payable at Delhi/New Delhi OR you can Bank Transfer the said amount.
The following documents are required to be submitted at the time of application (for under graduate courses in Russia):
Application Form
Scanned copy of 10th marks sheet.
Scanned copy of 12th marks sheet.
Scanned copy of 12th passing or provisional passing certificate.
Scanned copy of the first and the last page of the passport (Can be submitted later incase the same is not immediately available).
The following documents are required to be submitted at the time of application for admission (for post graduate courses in Russia):

Scanned copy of College Leaving certificate
Scanned copies of mark sheets for all academic years
Scanned copies of transcripts
For Post graduate courses in MD/MS/MDS
Scanned copies of provisional / degree certificate

Scanned copies of registration certificate
Scanned copy of each marks sheet of the MBBS course
Scanned copy of transcript from the medical or dental college / university
Scanned copy of the Internship completion certificate.
Scanned copy of Provisional / Degree certificate.
Scanned copy of Registration certificate.
STEP 2:The application is forwarded to the concerned University. The
University shall process the application within seven days from the date of submission of the
documents.
Once the University accepts the application of the student, the University issues a letter of confirmation, confirming the reservation of a seat for the student at the University. At this stage,student is expected to
make the payment of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand).
STEP 3:Applying for Invitation:"Invitation Letter " is an authorized document issued by the Administration of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation. Further it has to be certified by the Authority of Ministry of Public
Health of Russian Federation. Preparation of the INVITATION takes minimum of 30-45 working
days. At this stage,student is expected to
make the payment of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only).
STEP 4: Upon receiving the Passport and Invitation, CEC makes arrangements to have the visa stamped on the
passport by the Visa Office at the Russian Consulate / Embassy. Once the passport has been received by CEC
after the stamping of the visa, The original passport and all other original documents are handed over to the student. At this stage,student is expected to
make the payment of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only).
The Service charges shall include:
. Obtaining Confirmation Letter from University.
.Obtaining Admission Letter from University.
.Obtaining Invitation Letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation
.Obtaining Visa from Russian Embassy including visa fee
.Air Ticket Delhi/Mumbai to Moscow
.Immigration clearance for Travel to Russia
.Arrangement to receive the student on his/her first arrival to Russia.
.Registration In Russia
STEP 5:The student should now start his packing and also obtain the "Letter of Direction" from CEC. He should make all
arrangements to travel as per the date intimated by CEC. He / she should also ensure that all documentation is
complete. All the original documents and certificates must be presented at the University.
STEP 6:On arrival to Moscow airport the student shall be received by representatives of CEC. The student shall pay the fee to the University and complete the admission process on the day of arrival or on the next working day.
(At this stage if the student does not have a valid passport then he can take a copy of the admission confirmation letter received from the University and submit in the respective Passport office to get the passport on a priority basis)
