Please be informed that From worldover, there is a large quantum of applicants and the seats are limited in all the universities, therefore, candidates will be absorbed on "first come first basis". At this juncture, we would suggest you to expedite to make up your mind for higher education in Russia.

Continental Educational Consultants (CEC) will select the applicant on the basis of terms and conditions, which are dictated by the Russian Universities and Govt. of India.
STEP 1:Once the student has satisfied himself / herself about all the merits and demerits of studying in Russia, the student is expected to make an APPLICATION in the prescribed format with CEC with a initial amount* in way of D.D. favouring 'CONTINENTAL EDUCATIONAL COSULTANTS' payable at DELHI for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)
Step 2: Once the documents are submitted to CEC, the student needs to apply for their passport, incase the same is not
ready, he can apply for passport on a priority basis (TATKAL Passport Scheme). The issuance of the passport normally takes around 2 months and any delay would result in a subsequent
delay in the joining of the University. All medical students are required to apply for an eligibility
certificate with the Medical Council of India, New Delhi. You could take guidance from CEC in this regard.
STEP 3:The application is forwarded to the concerned University by CEC. The
University/Institute shall process the application within two weeks from the date of submission of the
documents.
Once the University accepts the application of the student, the University issues a letter of confirmation,
confirming the reservation of a seat for the student at the University. The original letter and the invoice are
sent by courier to CEC office in Delhi. This original letter of confirmation is handed over to the student to
enable him to apply for his bank loan.
STEP 4:Applying for Invitation:"Invitation" is an authorized document issued by the Administration of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation. Further it has to be certified by the Authority of Ministry of Public
Health of Russian Federation. Preparation of the INVITATION takes minimum of 30-45 working
days.At this stage, student is expected to make the payment of Rs 40,000 (Rupees Fifty thousond) to CEC for
•Obtaining Invitation Letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation
•Legalization of educational certificates/documents by Ministry of Education(HRD) & Ministry of external Affairs India
•Translation of Documents by the Embassy of Russia
STEP 5: Upon receiving the Passport and Invitation, CEC makes arrangements to have the visa stamped on the
passport by the Visa Office at the Russian Consulate / Embassy. Once the passport has been received by CEC
after the stamping of the visa, a copy of the same is handed over to the student. At this stage,student is expected to
make the balance payment of Rs 50,000 (Fifty Thousond) to CEC for
•Obtaining Visa from Russian Embassy including visa fee
•Immigration clearance for Travel to Russia
•Air Ticket from DELHI To MOSCOW
•Arrangement to receive the student on his/her first arrival to Russia
at the airport or at the railway station of the city where the institution of study is located.
•Registration In Russia
STEP 6:The student should now start his packing and also obtain the "Letter of Direction" from CEC. He should make all
arrangements to travel as per the date intimated by CEC. He / she should also ensure that all documentation is
complete.
